Cable Bay Easter Dig

The famous playgroup Easter Dig is on again this year on Easter Saturday or Saturday April 3 2010. This fun event for children of all ages and not to be missed. It is a beach treasure hunt held at Cable Bay each year. So put it on your itinerary if you are in the Doubtless Bay area at Easter this year! Plus don’t forget the fishing has turned around and is great now after a dismal fishing summer! Fishing for kingfish is popular and my son caught another big one –  8kg this time – last weekend which is great cut into steaks and cooked on the BBQ!
