Great Fish & Chips – Mangonui

We had a great meal at Mangonui World Famous Fish & Chip Shop. You buy your fish by weight and only the freshest local fish is available. We had bluenose and it was delicious. Covered seating and table out over the water of Mangonui Harbour is just great – we heard there was a bronze whaler shark cruising the waters beneath the shop but we didn’t see him/her! You can even buy a glass of wine or beer to enjoy with your meal. A must do when in Doubtless Bay!
